civitas works with a panel of mediators, facilitators, and conflict transformation practitioners. if you choose to engage with civitas, you will have the opportunity to choose from among our panel of practitioners to address your organisational needs.

“wicr” is a play on the word “wicker,” as in, a wicker basket - the product of a powerful traditional artform of weaving. our role in conflict transformation is much like being a weaver: we take distinct threads - the warp and weft - and gently tie them into a cohesive fabric, while still maintaining the integrity of the threads and creating a new, collective, cohesive container that holds room for healing, transformation, and collaboration.
