we create playful, serious spaces where people can engage in dialogue, reflection, imagination, and cohesive collaboration toward building responsible ai. our facilitation is intended to help unlock the true potential of an organisation/team/collective in nurturing ethical and responsible ai. we facilitate sessions to create governance roadmaps, enable mission-aligned adoption of AI, and scaling tech use ethically, while ensuring that diverse voices are included and co-create actionable plans.

we rely on radical imagination to build transformative pathways. our workshops weave in storytelling, art, theatre, systems thinking, and peace education. they’re perfect for teams that are ready to reimagine what is possible. we treat facilitation as a highly collaborative process.

what do we facilitate?

  • power defines how ai is created, for what it is used, and by whom. we help teams explore power dynamics and understand how power is held, performed, felt, and used. we help identify how power shows up across the ai lifecycle, and work with groups to find pathways to own, explore, and redistribute and share power equitably

  • we support organisations and collectives in embedding care practices and building cohesive frameworks and approaches in regulating and governing their development, deployment, and use of ai.

  • we support organisations in understanding the core principles that underpin the development of responsible ai by drawing from existing frameworks.

  • we facilitate sessions for individuals to build their own imaginative and creative approaches to implementing ai governance and principles of responsible ai.

get started

  • we will engage in 1:1 conversations and/or a general survey to understand what your group is hoping to achieve, where it seeks to move to through the process, and name what it finds challenging in or about the process.

  • following the scoping conversation, we develop and deliver a program involving conversations, reflection, activities, and co-creation to explore relevant themes to build bridges that help achieve the intended goals.

  • we prepare a comprehensive report that names outcomes and offers tools and resources for the collective to rely on from time to time. we also do a debrief survey to explore and understand the impact of the process.
