the journey: In this workshop, we worked together through games and activities to understand how power, positionality, privilege, and perspective can come together to create unique lived experiences, which may create room for conflict. As a collective, we explored how conflict is inevitable, but violence is not. We identified why conflict transformation can be a healthy choice to make for our collective well-being.
