the journey: Shooting Stars Foundation organised an immersive, fully practical, hands-on event tailored for NGOs, CSR teams, and non-profits. The intention behind this workshop was to skill non-profits in using AI in ways that supported their work. Kirthi’s segments offered some pause in the pursuit of techno-optimism, as the reflections centred on ways to prioritise meaningful use of AI, and that encouraged deeper thought on the impact of AI when the human experience is flattened, data is extracted, and undesirable consequences are not sufficiently addressed.
